Kate went above and beyond to process a VERY complicated VA loan that 3 other banks backed out on at the last minute. She took the time to get to know my husband and I during several long telephone calls. She understood why the property we wanted to purchase was so important to us. Isaac was very helpful through the entire process. He provided us (first time home buyers) with very good information on how the home buying process works, helped us develop a timeline based on our desired closing date, and followed up throughout that time. He let us know all of our financing options and worked with us to determine what was the best fit for our situation. He was also very responsive with communication.
