My husband and I just experienced our first home purchase by means of a VA Loan. Mr. Dawson was excellent in making the process as smooth as possible, very quick to respond and very patient with my endless questions. He was very thorough in his explanations and made sure we knew and understood every part of this process. I would most definitely recommend Mr. Dawson to anyone looking to purchase a home!

David handled our purchase loan from start to finish on a short sale property. Since it was a "short sale" bank-owned property, the process took 6 months. It was very tedious at times, but David always kept his patience and encouraged us to keep ours. When I started this process my credit score wasn't where it should be. I had paid many creditors off but had not affected my credit report yet. Rob went to work right away on this and was able to help my credit score. I knew nothing about how this process works.
