My husband and I just experienced our first home purchase by means of a VA Loan. Mr. Dawson was excellent in making the process as smooth as possible, very quick to respond and very patient with my endless questions. He was very thorough in his explanations and made sure we knew and understood every part of this process. I would most definitely recommend Mr. Dawson to anyone looking to purchase a home!

Couldn't have asked for a better mortgage banker best one that I know.. My family and I are so appreciative to have had Rob as our mentor through our first time home buying challenge. Simply unbelievable experience with Rob. He communicated, informed us along the process, and gave unprompted updates. The speed to which he closed the mortgage was unprecedented and we felt like his top priority the entire time. David handled our purchase loan from start to finish on a short sale property. Since it was a "short sale" bank-owned property, the process took 6 months. It was very tedious at times, but David always kept his patience and encouraged us to keep ours. We originally were hoping for FHA financing but could not get the property approved due to needed repairs.
