When I started this process my credit score wasn't where it should be. I had paid many creditors off but had not affected my credit report yet. Rob went to work right away on this and was able to help my credit score. I knew nothing about how this process works. Rob answered all my questions and helped me to understand the importance of seasoned money . Not gonna lie buying a home is very stressful. But owning a home is extremely satisfying . Rob 100% delivered. We had a very long frustrating experience finding a home and Rob never hesitated to provide us the info that we requested when we were making our decisions. In the end, we ended up buying from a sale-by-owner and he worked flawlessly with our agent to make the deal happen. He had a tight window caused mostly by the sellers' mistakes but he knew how important this was to us and got it done on time. David is an awesome loan officer!!!!! He was on top of everything. He made sure things moved quick for me and smooth! I was on a time limit and he was able to get my loan for my home preceded earlier to accommodate me. He really cares about his clients! He went above and beyond for me and my family! You can't go wrong with him. I highly recommend it him to anyone!!!! He is great ?? So if your wanting to buy a house he's the man to go to!!!!

Rob made everything come true for my family. He was able to help direct my wife and I into the best situation possible to make sure we are comfortable and secure when it came to purchasing our new home. He was responsive, provided a lot of insight which gave us ease into making our decision, and was quick of making everything become real so fast. If it was not for Rob, I do not think my family and I would be in the house that we are in today and loving it.

Just when we had given up hope on ever buying a home, a realtor directed us to contact Rob. He was 100% honest throughout the entire process, he responded promptly to every question we had, and we had a LOT.He never lost patience with us, even though we pestered him relentlessly. Rob was very knowledgeable and helpful. The loan process from start to finish had a quick turnaround and went smooth. He was very quick to respond to emails and questions that we had and kept us up to date during the process.

He made this process quick and easy. He was super fast to turn things around and was very helpful explaining any questions that I had. We needed a pre-approval quick to put in a bid and our bank lender was taking days. Rob turned it around in 15 minutes.
