Did not leave less stars because Zillow would not allow me to. Absolutely horrible. Acted like a complete and utter child when he discovered that there was a better offer with another lending company. Contacted him to let him know that we were moving forward with someone else and he called me to question me as to why. Explained the better offer and he went on to get agitated and tell me I was being lied to and that it was my problem not his. After the call, he proceeded to text me"Good luck lol" sarcastically. Initially I was very happy with this lender, but that quickly changed. I was pre-approved for my loan and placed an offer on a home. I had to call repeatedly for updates and received very little feedback until the last minute. After signing my closing disclosure I was told by Adam that he and his team had misread certain documents and were unable to close. I do not recommend this lender or this company. Worst experience of my life. Not only was Kyle my second lender because the first one suddenly quit (which btw he was awful too) but when we contacted the branch manager they never returned phone calls. Kyle made promises he didn’t keep, did not return phone calls in a timely manner if at all and also told our realtor it was our fault our loan was being held up. We left this company and went with another lending company.

I was looking for a lender to provide me a pre-approval letter. I tried using Zillow services to give it a shot to see how well the process went. The Lender took all my personal information as part of the normal process to fill out my application. They ran my credit and then immediately offered me a 6% interest rate which was ridiculously high considering I was over qualified to purchase the property. Shortly after that they just hung up on me and NEVER provided me my pre-approval letter but still ran my credit.

This was the worst Lender ever. We were told what documents he needed and sent them to him. He said that if we wanted to put a bid in on a house to call and he would speed the process up so that we could purchase house. So when my husband and I found a home to bid on we called him just for him to say that we don't have all the documents that they want and need. So we missed out on the opportunity to on the home that we wanted to bid on. Then upon callingham he opted not to call us back

The communication has been poor to say the least. My co-signers asked to have text messages sent anytime new paperwork was needed and he didn’t do this. This is simple customer service

Korey was God sent. I uad been trying to by a home for over a year. My credit was not an issue. I always got stopped when I got to underwriting. But from the furst time I spoke with Korey he said i an sending you the preapproval letter and you can start looking for a house. Let's be clear this did not excite me because I been here before. To make a long story short, Korey went above and beyond and I was able to go through with underwriting and after almost two years O al officially a home owner.... I do not recommend this company for my worst enemy. If you see them coming go the other way. They have no way to pay online, i had to call an IT guy just to get thru to talk to anyone. They also "destroyed" my $812 money order leaving me stuck, until western union can give me money. Maybe they should stick with insurance, and leave these mortgage loans to those who know what they are doing.

We worked with a lender for a month or so, he was great up until we went into contract. Once we went into contract it was almost like he didn't have time to answer questions or speak to us. We ended up closing late, not because of anyone other than Liberty Mortgage. They ordered stuff later than they should have, and when asked I was told, "We have had our biggest month yet so things are behind."
