There only concern is money....just want their money! They sent final closing costs while I was at the airport with a certified check for the amount I was sent the night before I left. I was $104 short at closing because of this. I paid in cash to the title company. Liberty's follow-up said I needed to provide a paper trail to show where I got the money. Anyway they harassed me into wiring them $104. Terrible service as soon as I can I will refinance with someone else!

Anthony was not our original loan officer; he was the team leader of the officer we were working with who was let go two business days before our closing. After that officer was let go Anthony took over our case and it became clear how mismanaged our loan process had been (we are first-time home-buyers unfamiliar with the process). Those are not good company, just run your credit and take Sensitive documents Then disappear , try contact them but not working, I definitely do not recommend them.

Jason Bronstrup was my contact person throughout the loan process, I felt he was helpful, but his boss, was rude and insulting. To make a long story short I ended up canceling my loan and purchased the property with cash. I will never recommend or use this company again. The name LIBERTY does not fit with these people

My fiancé Austin and I couldn’t possibly say enough kind words about LeLand. We would not be moving into our first home without him. We had to move into a last minute rental in Akron when my apartment lease ended in June. It was an hour commute away from family, friends, and work. They have very patient with me being a first time buyer, answered all my questions and never made me feel like I was being a nuisance, I would recommend this lender to anyone looking to purchase their first home and want someone to make you feel like family.

If I give anyone advise from this review, it would be DO NOT go with this lender agent, to save you and your family a lot of heartache. After selling our home, we found our new dream home, only to be homeless in a hotel, and lied to for months. Thankfully we had a seller who was gracious enough to let us rent the home until we could switch lenders. We went with another lender and he was amazing. Do not, under any circumstances use this sorry excuse for a mortgage broker. He was so hard to get a hold of and when we finally did it was days after we needed him. He was “quick” to close a refinance but absolutely blew it on a construction loan. He had no clue how to do one, but told us from the beginning he did, most likely just to get the refinance business. Just got off the phone and was shocked at how condescending Dominic was when asking about rates and fees. Why would I not shop for the best deal for me? Instead of offering what he does different or better than the rest he insulted my intelligence by going on and on about how much more to it there is than rates and fees. Look elsewhere
