If you get Anthony Tanko, request anyone else to help you. Anthony Tanko is the worst Loan Officer I ever had the non-privilege of working with. After getting the Pre-Approval letter, a real estate agent, and getting an acceptance on our first house. I got a VA loan through Liberty Mortgage, and it was not an easy process. I was constantly having to fill out forms, refill out forms, sign the same forms and send them back. So much so that my closing was moved a couple days because of it. Partly my fault I will admit my lack of understanding. I entered my email address somewhere and started to get a lot of emails and texts from different lenders, but Noah went above and beyond when it came to pestering me. Even after he sent the first text, I politely responded letting him know my error, and asked him to remove me from his contacts. But that didn't stop Noah's persistent sales techniques in continuing to harass me via calls, texts and emails. Very unorganized requested that I send documents twice. Also, requested a specific document 5 days before closing, that pushed closing back 3 weeks. Did not communicate well with my title company or realtor. I was glad when it was over.

I was emailing back and forth with someone and he said he needed to speak with me on the phone regarding my application. I gave him a day and time that we could speak. NEVER heard from him again. I have been emailing him asking him when we can speak. Nothing in reply. I also left a couple of messages and still nothing. It's scary when they have your social and then completely ignore you.

I received Rob's number from an advertisement my father rose past everyday. I went to the website to inquire obtaining a mortgage received an email to fill out the short application. I filled out the app and received an email stating I was approved anywhere from 60 to 65,000 he asked if I would like to move forward!?!?!
