Rob Dawson is AWESOME! He has helped me in the process of being a FIRST TIME HOME OWNER. Rob was professional, extremely knowledgeable and he is the epitome of patient. If you need a lender he is your guy!! It was a long 45 days but he held my hand the entire time. I am forever grateful!

I had a very unique situation. Other People have told me that they can't help me. Rob did everything that he could to help me get a loan for a house. Rob Dawson is absolutely the best. He saved my house for me and my family! I can't believe how efficient, professional and knowledgable Rob is about lending. Would highly recommend Rob Dawson at Liberty Mortgage. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had many questions and did not have Internet access at the time. Rob made sure to explain, in detail, everything I had asked and also to meet with me to get all paperwork signed so that my loan was processed on a timely manner.

Rob was referred to us by a fellow coworker. When we had thought our choices had run out, Rob was very willing to work with us. Rob was very quick to answer emails and phone calls. He stayed in touch letting us know what was going on each step of the way and never made us feel like we were a "bother". I recently worked with Donald Galvin on financing my new home based on a recommendation from our realtor. Mr. Galvin was able to close the loan in under 30 days from start to finish. He was incredibly responsive and took the time to walk me and my wife through every step of the process. I went with a bank to finance my house. They were terrible. They never returned calls, missed my finance deadline, etc. Donny Galvin was recommended to me by the sellers realtor. I called him around 2 weeks before I was supposed to close and he was courteous and diligent and closed me a couple of days early. I know if it weren't for Donny, I would not be in my house.

Had to jeep emailing and calling. Never received pre approval or any type of contact after submitting all requirements. Just did not work out. Maybe the contact person was busy with other high clients, not sure. I felt like I was not a priority for financing.

My husband and I were extremely frustrated with the process of this loan. Although our income situations were somewhat unique, in that we both work flex time, we were never at any point told that this was a particular issue. Just were given assurances that everything was "fine". We were told on multiply occasions that we would close on a certain date, only to have it be pushed back. We ended up closing nine days late.
