Instead, they started by let's talk to this one, then that one calls, and so on and so on, there's no one on one you talk to several people playing it of like they have already spoken to you, well the notes left from the last guy didn't match and so on. Run

Also, you inquired about being preapproved and we do our best to do that for people, but preapproval amounts are based on your qualifications and government guidelines set in place that we need to abide by. Please don't use Ruth McGraw. She is inexperienced and lacks basic knowledge. If your loan is anything beyond the most basic loan, she will leave you in a lurch. She was supposed to provide the loan on my new home, and not only did she not succeed, she let me believe she could. I signed the closing documents on the home I was selling, thinking I was ready to go with the new home purchase. I wasn't and she didn't let me know. She let me sell my house, knowing she would not be able to finish my loan on time, basically leaving ... read more

Steve was awesome to work with and very professional. However, I was told that I would be approved for a higher amount. Then after submitting all documents it was cut in half leaving me with an amount that isn’t large enough to get a mortgage, especially in and around the area I currently reside. Honestly, I don’t know where I could get a home in this state for $100K. Maybe a low income, crime ridden area.

Very commercial and non competitive. Found a more interesting lender who was more thorough and came up with better and cheaper solution. I also did not like the lack of transparency. I was never given a complete detailed closing costs simulation.

The process was awful. Closing extended 3 extra weeks. No transparency. Had to hound lender for information. They would promise to get the paperwork done and not follow through. Can't wait to refinance with a differ company.

This human was very rude to me when I told him that I wanted to work with a different lender, due to a bad experience. Whether or not he agreed with me, he did not have to be rude and laugh at me when I asked him for the second time to stop contacting me. Very unprofessional.
