Very commercial and non competitive. Found a more interesting lender who was more thorough and came up with better and cheaper solution. I also did not like the lack of transparency. I was never given a complete detailed closing costs simulation.

If I could give Leland 1000 stars, I would without hesitation. From start to finish, he made my first time home buying experience smooth sailing. Terrance first contacted us on a Saturday after we found a home online that we fell in love with and wanted to get pre-qualified. David has been wonderful throughout this entire process. He is responsive and always available. I actually asked him if he ever sleeps! I will be passing his information along to all my friends and holding onto it for my future purchases!

Working with Liberty Mortgage, specifically with John Gambrel, has been an absolute pleasure. He made the process so easy and smooth. He was extremely polite and professional, and so very helpful, always readily available to answer questions. The process finished in what seemed like the blink of an eye because of his support and guidance. John is awesome!

Michael Toledo made our refinancing process easier than I expected. His communication was excellent by always being available when needed. The process wasn’t always smooth which was no fault of Michael. When we ran into a problem he was very knowledgeable and always knew exactly how to resolve each and every problem.
