Alan was wonderful in helping me through each step along the way of purchasing my first time home. He was easily accessible , quick to respond and extremely knowledgeable. He made me feel much more comfortable in the process and worked out details for me without me even having to ask. Michael Toledo made our refinancing process easier than I expected. His communication was excellent by always being available when needed. The process wasn’t always smooth which was no fault of Michael. When we ran into a problem he was very knowledgeable and always knew exactly how to resolve each and every problem. My wife and I can’t thank him enough for his assistance.

This review is going to be lengthy. In short, if you are only seeking the recommendation for Korey and Liberty Home Mortgage; yes, I recommend them both as a company and as a Loan Officer. I reached out to several lenders and Michael reached out almost immediately after submitting applications. I got a pre-approval letter BEFORE many others even called or sent emails.
