LeLand is truly a blessing to work with. He has an awesome attitude, a wonderful personality and a solid work ethic. He provided guidance through the process, exhibited tremendous patience and encouragement. LeLand truly made the process easy. Once my wife and I actually had an offer accepted, he went above and beyond to get us to the closing table in a week. What more can I say!!! I highly recommend him as Loan Officer.

Just approved for a FHA cash out refinance and I could not have done it without my fantastic loan officer Katie Floor! Katie went above and beyond helping me through each stage and when their were hiccups she was right there answering all my questions, making helpful suggestions and supporting me along the way!! If I could give Katie 10 stars I would. She ROCKS!!!

Ryan worked his butt off for me!! Mine was a very unique situation and a nightmare for all involved. He is very trustworthy and did everything in his power to help me get this loan! If I ever have to refinance or purchase again, you better believe I am ABSOLUTELY calling Ryan first!

He didn’t even have approval to lend in CO when we started, but he quickly got the required license/approval to do so in time for my pre approval. Aerian was very knowledgeable, punctual, and helpful throughout the entire process. He worked day and night on my loan and got everything done in a timely fashion. This is my first time buying a house so i had a million questions and concerns. He had a answer for every question! He made the process very easy for me.
