Working with Liberty Mortgage, specifically with John Gambrel, has been an absolute pleasure. He made the process so easy and smooth. He was extremely polite and professional, and so very helpful, always readily available to answer questions. The process finished in what seemed like the blink of an eye because of his support and guidance. John is awesome!

As a first-time home buyer relocating from overseas, I was really nervous and unsure about buying a house. I had no clue where to start or the process of how to get it done. Alan was wonderful in helping me through each step along the way of purchasing my first time home. He was easily accessible , quick to respond and extremely knowledgeable. He made me feel much more comfortable in the process and worked out details for me without me even having to ask. Michael Toledo made our refinancing process easier than I expected. His communication was excellent by always being available when needed. The process wasn’t always smooth which was no fault of Michael. When we ran into a problem he was very knowledgeable and always knew exactly how to resolve each and every problem. My wife and I can’t thank him enough for his assistance.

This review is going to be lengthy. In short, if you are only seeking the recommendation for Korey and Liberty Home Mortgage; yes, I recommend them both as a company and as a Loan Officer. If you are interested in the experience from the beginning to the first mortgage payment, continue to read.
