Steve was awesome and very knowledgeable about the home buying process I was nervous as a first time home buyer and he made it easy for me by walking me through every step and available to answer every question and I appreciated the check ins to see how everything was going with the search I would recommend him to anyone that is wanting to purchase a home and the greatest part we closed sooner that expected

Working with Joe was absolutely wonderful!! I truly cannot say enough good things about him and incredibly grateful for him! Chris was extremely helpful in buying my first home! With how busy life/work can get he would nudge me and remind me of requirements I needed to get finished. When it came time to truly start the process he informed me on different ways to proceed. Without his knowledge I would have never known about "a gift of equity" when buying a home from a relative. He was very attentive and patient. I was confused on a bit of the process and he immediately texted me to see if I had time to talk so he could clear up the confusion.
