Ryan worked his butt off for me!! Mine was a very unique situation and a nightmare for all involved. He is very trustworthy and did everything in his power to help me get this loan! If I ever have to refinance or purchase again, you better believe I am ABSOLUTELY calling Ryan first!

I worked with Chris to close on an out of state property. He didn’t even have approval to lend in CO when we started, but he quickly got the required license/approval to do so in time for my pre approval. Chris was available to answer questions daily on what was required to get to closing throughout the process. Aerian was very knowledgeable, punctual, and helpful throughout the entire process. He worked day and night on my loan and got everything done in a timely fashion. This is my first time buying a house so i had a million questions and concerns. He had a answer for every question! He made the process very easy for me.
