They say buying a house is stressful and yes the anxiety of taking on a mortgage is but, as far as a smooth transition from being preapproved to closing, Steven Kephart was and is awesome. He was always accessible for my wife and I whenever we had questions or concerns. Steven was on top of everything from paperwork to inspections. Whenever sombody asks me in the future if I know a good lender I will definately recommend Steven Kephart.

I will admit that buying a house is about as hectic, stressful, painstaking and annoying as it gets. However, Steven made the process enjoyable. From start to finish Steven was professional and then some, while still being able to make me feel comfortable and confident in the huge step I was taking for my future. Rob was able to put together a loan product that fit our financial situation. He completely explained the fine detail. Any questions we had were handled and explained. He was there every step of the way. If you want a lender that will work for you,, give Rob a call.

As a first time home buyer, we worked with a couple of people, luckily our realtor suggested Chris, and he was wonderful! He helped walk us through any and all questions and made us feel so much more comfortable about purchasing a home for the first time. He helped ease our anxiety and made the process so smooth. I bought my first house, and David was very patient with me, and explained the different types of loans are in a way that I could understand. He walked me through the whole process of applying for and getting the loan, and was very responsive. I'm very happy with my purchase, and that I got the loan for the home that I wanted!

We were guided to work with Thomas through a referral from realtor.com. Working with Thomas was a pleasure. He was kind, efficient, and thorough. Thomas took the time to explain every step of the lending process and would check in with us weekly with the progress and status of our loan. He was always up front with us and our realtor which made the home buying process a breeze.
