I’m very happy that I got to work with Aerian at Liberty. He turned the usual painstaking process of getting a mortgage into something very simple. He explained everything to me in a way that I would understand. He was efficent, very knowledgable, guided us through the process by explaining the documentation requirements as we progressed. I felt my loan experienced was very talored to me. Yes! There IS GOING to be a lot of paperwork, but if you trust the process and gather what is asked for, it goes very smoothly! We didnt even need a realestate agent, Adam was so thourough in his stratidy of approach and process! Thank you Adam!!!

First off I got quotes from two major lenders before deciding to go with Kyle from Liberty Home Mortgage. One major lender was 3.5%APR and the other was 3.25%APR. My buddy told me to get quote from Kyle because he would probably beat it & to be honest I assumed he was not going to be able to but I was wrong. Chris was EXTREMELY professional, patience, pleasant, and helpful in this loan process. Even though I was in a different time zone, he responded to my calls any time of the day or night. He definitely went above and beyond to work with us in getting our loan!!! I highly recommend him!!
