Working with Isaac was overall a great experience. I would say based on my experience with him that his strongest characteristic is good communication. Day or night I could text Isaac and get an update on how things were progressing on his end. He kept me up to date with information and what tasks I needed to complete. From the beginning to the end of the process, Grayson took excellent care of me. I knew what was going on and what action items were assigned to me through the entire process. If I called, text, or email they were answered quick. All process in general it went pretty smooth no issues at all. I'm a first time home buyer and Tom made the whole process very smooth. He's very knowledgeable. Any question I had, he was able to answer immediately or respond within a day or so. Excellent communication as he gave periodic updates and never failed to call/ text/ email whenever something was needed. Very helpful, professional, and friendly, would highly recommend!

James was professional in every type of communications I had with him during the processing of my mortgage loan approval to the closing on my new home. Anthony was our loan officer for our recent FHA mortgage. We had set a fairly aggressive offer to close schedule of 4 weeks. The first few weeks went very smooth and in the last week the underwriters asked for quite a bit of clarification. Anthony was able to help us get through all it it and we closed on time. We are very satisfied with his service and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage.
