This is my first home purchase. Dominic worked very hard and I do mean very hard to make sure I was approved for this Mortgage loan. My closing was pushed backed do many times (no fault of Mr DiFranco) I was ready to give up but he reassured me that my time is coming don't give up I'm going to get you this loan. A friend of mine referred me to Rob and I’m so thankful he did. Rob was great to work with. He was super efficient, friendly, and always available. Whenever I would reach out to him he would answer any questions that I had almost immediately. He made the process of buying a home easy for me! I was working with another company trying to get my loan approved and they were stringing me along for 3+ weeks after the original closing date was supposed to be. As a fist time home buyer who did not know what was going on with anything max was a huge help and made the entire process extremely easy and nice. The best part about it he is always in contact with you and explaining everything to you threwout the process. Max was always just a phone call away no matter the time of day or night and handled everything with professionalism and was able to put it in terms easy to understand.
