My wife and I contacted Michael to inquire about refinancing our home loan. From the start, Michael was professional, quick to respond and very knowledgeable about the process. We were dropped from our original group on June 5th. We went into panic mode looking for a new lender! Lending Tree led us to this group. Asked a near impossible task of getting us approved and ready by june 26th, Steven helped us out of a horrible jam! Couldn't ask for a nicer guy to work with! STOP RIGHT THERE, YOU HAVE FOUND YOUR NEW LENDER!!! We were purchasing a home after renting for almost 10 years. Our first lender said everything was fine, then came back with we needed an extra $12,000 on top of our down payment. We were devastated!! Then came Rob!!!! He helped to make the process smooth and easy, before we knew it we were approved without any drama!!! I was so excited I referred my sister to Rob. Thank you for making a scary and stressful time less of both.
