Steven Kephart did a great job with home loan. He was always able to answer questions about any aspect of the process, no matter how arcane. He stayed on top of the details throughout, and always was very clear about what was required from me. I particularly appreciate the extent to which he made himself available - Steven will never leave you hanging. He's a good man to have in your corner during the stressful home-buying process.

Dawn made everything seem so easy even though I was freaking out. I needed the money from the house I was selling for a down payment on a new house and everything happened o effortlessly. She contacts you with updates. Answers all of your questions and phone calls with an explanation I can understand. Highly recommend Dawn.

David is very professional! If you have a question, he answers quickly. Always kept everyone up to date where everything was with the loan process. David gets the job done in record time.

Anthony help me a FHA loan in April of 2020 in the middle of the COVID 19 pandemic Wich made things crazy and at times difficult to get done but Anthony went above and beyond to get the loan I needed at awesome rates I am very appreciative of his hard work. Thank you Anthony

It is difficult to do justice to the massive help Anthony has been to my family in our home-buying process. We are first time home-buyers (now homeowners) and 100% self employed. Pre-qualification letters were delivered promptly and all questions were answered by a representative with deep knowledge of real estate transactions. The documentation requests indicated this was a serious lender doing its homework. I didn't end making an offer in February because the real estate market in the area I was looking seemed overpriced, but I definitely would recommend this lender.

Good follow up specially before give you the lre qualifycation. High closing costs. A lot of "sales" talk before , then it is just common service. It is hard to reach them out, they asked all the paperwork for the pre approve.
