The broker/sales agent we worked with did not communicate very well...nor did he return calls. The only reason I am staying with Pennimac is because of Liem Nguyen who Was always there to answer my call and escalate my concerns to management.
The process didnt went smoothly than my first home loan. There were misunderstanding before closing signature. But, i didnt care much as long as i got the lowest payment possible.
This is my 2nd refinance and my Loan specialist and the Penny Mac team are awesome!!! They are so responsive and patient. They always communicate clearly and the process is so easy. I cannot thank them enough for how easy it is to refinance. I love having my loan with PennyMac!!! Thank you Eric Everett and Liem Nguyen for all your guidance and assistance, you guys RULE!!!
