Contacted Life Assure for some information on Fri May 24, 2024 and spoke with one of their call center employees. The purpose of the call was to understand the device options, ask some questions and get cost. I explained this and indicated I would talk to the family member that was interested and call back if we were going to move forward. She asked if she could call me at the end of the day for an update and I said sure. The Life Assure pendant for my father was not working so my mother went onto the company chat line. They said someone would get back to her but nobody ever did. She called them the next day and was chatting with a representative who was trying to help her reboot the pendant. At 2pm PST the conversation was abruptly ended. My mother called back the next day and they said sorry but the phone lines are automatically cut off at 4pm Central Time. I consider this to be unacceptable and extremely poor service. I returned 2 units. The first was not compatible with my phone situation. The second was as a result of dissatisfaction. Neither was ever used. I was billed for two months and of course the return postage. I was told that I just needed to keep the tracking number of the return and I would be reimbursed for everything as soon as the units were returned. Very aggressive selling techniques make me skeptical regarding the services. Was bombarded with calls after my first inquiry claiming the offer they had made was not going to be available for much longer. *************** ********* **********

Extremely frustrating. Not consistent. Different messages. Complete contact for 2 x in weekend was yet to hear half way through the week so I ended up having to call them. Nothing in regards to why never called back. Felt like just wanted me off the phone inquiring about where refund was

********************************************************* Apparently, if you no longer need the device and you return the equipment to them, they process the return but they won't refund your money unless you also call them and beg them for it. If you return the device, they should simply refund your money but they have a policy where they have decided to keep your money unless you call them for it, in addition to returning the equipment. ************************************************************************************... read more

Thank you for your response. We 100% disagree with you. Once we have received our product back we can cancel and submit a refund , just like any other retailer online or a store. We do have customers that return their products for personal reasons but keep using until end of a month. When I signed up, I paid for a year in advance. They said I could cancel at any time, I didn't need this service for my mother. I had to call in to get a code to return the equipment, I send back ***. They received the equipment a month ago, I called in to check on my refund. She said she would request a refund to their billing department. I asked why didn't they submit the request when they received the equipment back, she said she would request my refund today. It's already been a month, now I have to wait until their bill... read more
