I returned 2 units. The first was not compatible with my phone situation. The second was as a result of dissatisfaction. Neither was ever used. I was billed for two months and of course the return postage. I was told that I just needed to keep the tracking number of the return and I would be reimbursed for everything as soon as the units were returned. Unfortunately I did not get the girls name but she was in Winnipeg. Upon calling the customer care dept this morning I was told that I could not get a refund because the units... read more

Very aggressive selling techniques make me skeptical regarding the services. Was bombarded with calls after my first inquiry claiming the offer they had made was not going to be available for much longer. *************** ********* **********

Extremely frustrating. Not consistent. Different messages. Complete contact for 2 x in weekend was yet to hear half way through the week so I ended up having to call them. Nothing in regards to why never called back. Felt like just wanted me off the phone inquiring about where refund was

********************************************************* Apparently, if you no longer need the device and you return the equipment to them, they process the return but they won't refund your money unless you also call them and beg them for it. If you return the device, they should simply refund your money but they have a policy where they have decided to keep your money unless you call them for it, in addition to returning the equipment. ************************************************************************************... read more

When I signed up, I paid for a year in advance. They said I could cancel at any time, I didn't need this service for my mother. I had to call in to get a code to return the equipment, I send back ***. They received the equipment a month ago, I called in to check on my refund. She said she would request a refund to their billing department. I asked why didn't they submit the request when they received the equipment back, she said she would request my refund today. It's already been a month, now I have to wait until their bill... read more

In my initial conversation with a sales person, I requested emailed info and explained phone calls were not convenient for me. The sales people called multiple times a day and each time I answered I told them I would call them when I was ready to make a purchase. They continued to call repeatedly until I finally explained that I was feeling harassed and that they were interfering with my life while I was trying to get my sick Mum through chemo, then they hung up on me. Disgusting sales tactics.

******************************** They said they would refund me $176.12 which is 2 months charge taken out of my bank account without my knowledge or consent. I contacted them within the allowed period of time which was 30 days that I did not want to continue and to cancel this. They said it would not cost me anything!!!! They have received everything back and am still waiting to be credited for 2 months.
