Am having difficulty with my arthritic fingers getting the device attached to the clip to wear on my belt as with the cellular fall defection I find the device heavy to wear around my neck. These devices are for Seniors and many of us have a few medical issues.. Just wondering if you have any other options to suggest??? Called once to inquire about about one of their products. Told them I was not interested after the hard sell pitch from their agent. Life Assure... I dealt with them, told me I get a refund after I returned equipment but representative I talked to said I would get it back, called today was told was denied by manager.. I am disappointed in product. Medical alert is too big and heavy. I called Life Assure and told them that I do not want the product and would appreciate a refund. I was told to mail it back and once my tracking # advises me that it was received by them, I can then call and request a refund. The information on Website says you can return to them and I was under the impression from what I read that they would cover the mailing cost to return the unit, by giving me a return merchandise authorization label . We are very disappointed with this company. The initial call was **** ****** ***trying to upsell me without giving me all the details of the devices they send out. They completely mis-spelled names and email address on paper work that accompanied the device. Has to chase the device and was unable to locate it even though it had to be re sent (new device).
