Am having difficulty with my arthritic fingers getting the device attached to the clip to wear on my belt as with the cellular fall defection I find the device heavy to wear around my neck. These devices are for Seniors and many of us have a few medical issues.. Just wondering if you have any other options to suggest??? Called once to inquire about about one of their products. Told them I was not interested after the hard sell pitch from their agent. Now the company is calling me all the time to try and sell their product. They use different phone numbers to disguise the company name. **** ** * ******* ******* ******** ******** ** ********
