Ordered the Life Assure mobile unit for my grandfather when he started having mobility issues. Saved his life when he fell and was unable to call for an ambulance himself. I am very grateful for the service they provided the numerous times he needed it in the last 3 years. Nothing can replace the piece of mind of knowing he'll get help every time he needed it.

My grandfather had a horrible fall recently, but we were able to get him the help he needed immediately because of his Total Home unit. He was in touch with a professional, who had emergency services to him right away and got ahold of me as well. I'm thankful that he has this device available to him.

I started using these guys years ago after my mom had hip replacement surgery. The first unit I got was the home unit. As my mom got her mobility back and started going out again. I found myself starting to worry about her again when she would venture out even if it was to the grocery store a half a block from her house. So I called customer service and found that I was able to upgrade her device to a mobile one. Life Assure is by far the best medical alert company on the market. I bought 2 medical alert devices for my elderly parents in 2017 and have not looked back since. Their prices are unbeatable, excellent customer service and outstanding product/service. It's nice to know my parents have someone there for them 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I cant imagine what we would do without their medical alert devices. Thank you Life Assure for keeping my parents safe!!
I've used my alert for about 9 months now. It has alerted twice when I fell. One of those times I was an hour from home but in a city parking lot that must have had wifi. Response was speedy and thorough! Sometimes it 'false' alerts but that is easily and quickly resolved by simply answering the voice communication response. My only complaint is the weight and size of the unit is a bit cumbersome around the neck and won't stay put at my waist. I would far prefer a wrist option but this is not yet available. As per the very first time dealing with Life Assure in September 2019 service is quick friendly and professional. Dealt with my question and processed my request in less than 5 minutes. Contacting service today for an issue I thought was a replacement or repair to my unit. The lady I spoke with took the time and listened to what I had to say. She looked up my profile and told me what the problem was. She was very polite and explained everything to my understanding. I am very pleased with Life Assure and would and have recommended it to friends and family.
