I visit my friend roughly fortnightly and she seems clean, tidy and content. I don't visit for meals, but am always offered refreshments. I also visit to sing with a group 3 times a year and we and the audience are all well looked after. The house always looks clean + tidy.

My aunt has only been at Link House for a short time but the staff have taken the time to get to know not only her but myself as well so that when I visit I am made to feel welcome. The care she receives is wonderful, I feel she is safe and very well looked after it really helps give me peace of mind.

Loraine has spent several weeks at Link House, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. The home feels warm and professional all at once. We've been so impressed by friendly staff and the way they keep everyone entertained with music and engaging activities. A huge thanks to the dedicated team, along with the nurses and administrators, for their tireless hard work and organisation. my wife has been a resident at link house since january 2025 and in that time i have been very happy with the, care she has received, the staff are friendly and approachable and nothing is too much trouble for them.

The team at Links Home have been incredibly caring and supportive. It's clear that the strong leadership at the top sets the tone for everything they do. Whenever I visited my friend, shee was clean, well looked after and calm. The staff were kind, friendly and patient. There was a happy atmosphere. Visiting friends were made welcome even with cups of tea and cake.

We the family of Iris was extremely impress with the care our mother recieved whiles at Link House care home. My mother enjoyed her stay very much. Everyone was kind and helpfull. The staff took very go care of all the residence at the home. Even us the family they when above and beyond to make every visit run smoothly. I would recommend this home to everyone. Gold star all around.
