Link House care and nursing has been wonderful to my grandmother. The staff are incredibly kind and support her in all facets. They are very friendly and treat her with dignity. She's made many friends at the home both staff and fellow residents and is enjoying her time here

Our mother has been a resident of Link House for over 12 months and having visited all the homes in the area Link House was our number one choice on terms of the team and the very caring service they provide alongside the very calm and comfortable atmosphere in the resident areas. The care and support my aunty receives is 100% by all the staff. My aunty us as happy and comfortable as she possibly can be. Which reassures me. Thank you.

My sister has been in Link House four years and as always said if she had to be anywhere, this is where she would have chosen. All the staff are considerate, kind and helpful in spite of being short-staffed on occasions. The food is excellent and the entertainment is excellent. All birthdays are acknowledged. I am always treated with a smile and a friendly word at every visit.

My long-time elderly friend was desperately in need of a care home. Whilst we, her friends, decide the way forward for her. I must admit I was a bit apprehensive about care homes in general. I am an experienced nurse with 40 years in the NHS as health visitor and now in care home you are giving excellent care here.

My grandma has been with Link House Nursing Home for almost 2 years. As a family, we are very happy with the service and care that they have provided. Compared to the last care home she was in, where they carelessly put my grandma at risk. The staff tirelessly care for my grandma and always keep us up to date about her health and care needs. As a family, we have regular talks with the staff about changes with my grandma, which is encouraging. Overall, his family, we are happy with the assistance.

My mother is a resident here at Link House in Raynes Park for the last seven years. She has found a sense of happiness and well-being which is being provided by the staff and management alike. Link House offer high-quality person-centred care in excellent surroundings, tailoring her care for her particular needs. I have found the staff happy, kind and caring. They respond to requests for information and help efficiently. The staff seem to have the best interests at the heart of what they do for the residents. Family have been made to feel welcome and kept up to date with any changes as they are made. We are extremely happy with how our sister has settled in and have no complaints.

Staff are very caring and keep me up to date about my wife. The room is kept very tidy and my wife does not seem to not have any problems with staff. When I go to see my wife staff recognise me and greet me
