I chose Link House care home after only one visit, as I found it would be the best support for my dad, who needed permanent care. The staff are very welcoming and are genuinely interested in making sure my dad's needs are met on a daily basis. The home is clean and tidy, and each resident has a well-maintained and comfortable room, as well as is encouraged to bring personal items to make it a home from home. The staff and management are friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. The home is always clean and the food of a high standard. My only reservation is entertainment/stimulation for the residents, I'm not fully aware of any programs. I would highly recommend it.

I'm surprised by some of the poor reviews. Dad has been in for 18 months and we've had no real complaints. Management was a bit chaotic to say the least during Covid, but perhaps that was to be expected.

My aunt has been a resident at Link House for a year. She is very happy and settled. The care has been exemplary and all the staff have been very kind and caring. The management team are always on hand to answer questions. I am confident my aunt is in a safe place and I am happy that she is happy.

My room was spacious and particularly nice to have my own private facilities. The food was very good with plenty of quantity. Only very occasionally, if nothing on the set menu was suitable, very pleased to offered another choice.

Everyone is really friendly and helpful, especially in allowing visits. Despite my mum's failing health, I can tell she is being well cared for and looked after, which I am very thankful for and I know it was the right decision to put her in the care of Link House.

So nice to see my mum doing different activities and the staff are always so helpful and kind. The rooms are lovely and they take really good care of my mum. My mum is happy and enjoys all the activities.

The staff at Link House are all amazing. They go above and beyond to provide great quality of care for my mum she is very happy at Link House. She laughs and jokes with the staff and engages in different activities with the help of the activity coordinator which helps stimulant the residents and bring out their creative side. They provide great quality of care which has given my mum a good quality of life. Respecting her dignity and tending to her needs making sure she is safe, happy and comfortable. I live in Australia and rely on the lovely caring staff to look after my grandmother. They are always caring and polite and put my mind at ease that my grandmother is ok. I see her regularly on video chats and any questions I have are always answered, I always receive regular updates and videos of my grandmother. Also, my grandmother is much better than what she was when living on her own, especially as she was getting quite sick before from dementia and knowing she is happier puts my mind at ease.
