Great service! I had an oil change, tire rotation, & they gave me a complimentary car wash. The service was excellent. Cord Heideman answered all my questions & concerns. I will continue getting my services for my Nissan Versa done at this Lithia dealership. The service was friendly & knowledgeable.

JJ Lawson was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during my visit. He knew that his technician would be able to fix my problem. I was pleasantly surprised that my car was washed and ready to go when I came back and got it. JJ's team is one in a million.

Service dept. is always courteous and strives to complete work in a timely manner. If there are any problems, they correct them as quickly as possible.
The Eugene Lithia was amazing they did a great job on my car. An they did everything they could for me to get home and make it to work the next day. They even rented a car for me for 2 weeks until my car was done and I was able to come back up from California.
I have been taking my cars to Lithia nissan for 8 years now and they have been nothing short of fabulous! When I've had warrenty work they helped facilitate a connection with the local dealer, my cars aren't nissan's anymore. They are very knowledgable, trying to make things as easy as possible for me and I feel like they care about my needs and concerns. They are all fabulous there, but JJ is my favorite!
