Service dept. is always courteous and strives to complete work in a timely manner. If there are any problems, they correct them as quickly as possible.
The Eugene Lithia was amazing they did a great job on my car. An they did everything they could for me to get home and make it to work the next day. They even rented a car for me for 2 weeks until my car was done and I was able to come back up from California.
I have been taking my cars to Lithia nissan for 8 years now and they have been nothing short of fabulous! When I've had warrenty work they helped facilitate a connection with the local dealer, my cars aren't nissan's anymore. I like that I can bring my car in for service without an appointment, which is great with my busy schedule! Oil changes are always super quick, and everyone is so friendly!

My wife and I bought a new Nissan Frontier from Lithia. Steve was the salesman with whom we worked. He was very helpful, and we were able to buy the truck for a fair price. Dennis in financing was also very nice.
I enjoyed the car testing experience and the overall service. I found I good car for me. I was happy that Nissan was willing to drop the monthly payments to my benefit on a new car.
