OK, first of all, Kid Issac was great! He tag-teamed with fun Randy and we appreciated their "show." Dennis(?), real first name Robert, out finance guy, was cool too! I THINK we got good deals. The GF and I each bought a 2015 Altima in the same week, using the same people. ALL the sales people seemed polite and fun, BTW.
I came in to buy a car and felt with Randy. Great experience. My daughter came in also to buy a car after she saw how nice the altimas were. Thanks a lot guys!!
We walked in knowing what we wanted & got exactly that! We were never pushed on a sale or talked into something we did not want.
We went to purchase a car at Lithia Nissan. Steve Harron in sales and Dennis Dietrich in finance were pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. Overall our purchase experience was excellent. We would highly recommend Lithia to others.

I have been to another Nissan dealer not to far from Eugene and had more than one TERRIBLE experiences. These guys at Lithia know what they are doing. Its worth driving a little further for the service I receive here.
I can't say enough about how well I have been treated, I have never had such good service any where before. JJ Lawson has been more than I could have ever hoped for my service adviser, I think he is a six star, he has gone above and beyond to take care of me and my Z. As far as I am concerned there is none better than JJ Lawson.

Any service I have done is always completed quickly and accurately. The service advisors thoroughly explain the service done on my vehicle and give me an update on the current condition of my vehicle.
When having service done at Lithia Nissan, we deal with J.J. He is the best! Always gives us a fair price and the work is done well and quickly. He goes out of his way to make you happy. They are all great at Lithia, but J.J. Lawson is our favorite. I would recommend Lithia for all you service needs.
