There were 2 surprises......#1 No appointment needed, #2 Speed of service. Excellent service and I will be back. I highly recommend this dealership! For many years I have said that if I needed to buy a new car, I have a favorite dealership. That dealership is too far for me to travel at this time. I now have a new favorite......Nissan of Eugene. I recently purchased a 2016 Frontier SV6. Very pleasant experience. My sales consultant Steve Herron was very helpful and made sure that I went home with the vehicle I wanted. He even went clear to Salem to bring down my truck of choice; color, specs, etc. Dennis Dietrich made signing the contracts easy and timely. I would rate my overall experience as excellent and would recommend Lithia Nissan to my friends and family.

I had a great car buying experience at Lithia Nissan. Isaac was very helpful in helping me fine the car I was looking for. He was also very patient and personable and not one time made me feel uncomfortable. Dennis, the finance manager was also very helpful in explaining things to where I wasn't confused. I was completely satisfied and will recommend Lithia Nissan to my friends.

OK, first of all, Kid Issac was great! He tag-teamed with fun Randy and we appreciated their "show." Dennis(?), real first name Robert, out finance guy, was cool too! I THINK we got good deals. The GF and I each bought a 2015 Altima in the same week, using the same people. ALL the sales people seemed polite and fun, BTW.
