After a horrible experience with Enterprise not fulfilling my reservation for a rental car, I reached out to Lithia Nissan in hopes they could help me out (during Spring Break week). I got in touch with John, and couldn't be happier with the experience. He was so kind and helpful and got me hooked up with a rental I was very happy with. I would absolutely recommend renting from Lithia Nissan and working with John to anyone, and will likely do so myself next time I need a rental.

When I came into the service deptpartment, I was greeted by JJ who remembered me and gave me a freindly welcome. I was there for an oil change and to have my battery checked because I had to jump start the car that morning. JJ advised me that the battery was being checked. The battery was fine but the posts were corroded, that was fixed and I was on my way in no time and the charge was very reasonable. I am a fan of Lithia Nissan in Eugene. Thank you and thank JJ for great service.

It was so easy. Got approved over the phone, 2 days later I got to test drive the car that I was interested in and was out in 3 hrs. Everyone was excellent.
