My purchase of a Nissan Leaf would not have been possible without the help of Steve Herron. I had many questions and he answered them honestly and clearly. due to a family emergency ,I had to postpone my time at the dealership. Steve stayed in touch and did not badger me. he suggested sites to get info on the car and answered all my new questions. Was looking for a first car. Found an amazing deal on a lease for a Nissan altima. Got the sv version, wish I paid the $20 extra for the sl. Either way, great customer service, despite the horrible wait, and great car. Avg 40 mpg on the highway at 65 mph. Better than expected. Very comfortable, very affordable. Love the car. Thanks.

We've purchased 6 vehicles from this dealership over the years. What keeps us coming back is the service department, in which we have complete trust. Once you buy a car, you'll likely never deal with true salesperson again, but you will deal with the service department for years. You can trust these guys to do the work right. JJ Lawson is just a super guy, as is Ken Anderson, but I think he moved to another dealership.

Working with James was a great experience for me in purchasing my first car. He was able to help me find and buy a car all through talking on the phone. I live a couple hours from Eugene and had no way of getting there to take a look around. James answered several of my and my parent's phone calls throughout a period of about two weeks. He was very helpful and patient with each call. It's safe to say that I had a great first experience purchasing a car. No complaints here!

This was my first experience buying a car, and it was definitely a good one. I felt like I was treated fairly throughout the process, and I was given a great deal on the car. Steve was very thorough in explaining and showing the different features of the vehicle during the test drive, and showed me other vehicles of the same model, with different options available. In talking with Ken the Service Manager about the issues we were having with our "Friday Built Murano" the entire team at Lithia Nissan did their best to offer us what was going to work best!
