This was my first experience buying a car, and it was definitely a good one. I felt like I was treated fairly throughout the process, and I was given a great deal on the car. After looking at several dealerships for a small car with great gas mileage we decided to trade with Lithia Nissan based solely on their customer service. Colt was friendly, professional and understood that we were firm in looking only at a small, affordable car that we will drive for a couple of years and turn over to our teen. I am extremely pleased with my new Nissan Rogue and Steve Herron's service as well as Chris in finance and the service team manager in the back. I have never been given so much time and dedication by a salesperson at any other dealership. I came in because of receiving a flyer in the mail and just wanted to look. I personally have always purchased from Kendal (except while living in Arizona), but after the service I have received from Steve and the other departments, we will be shopping first at Lithia.
Tanner was very helpful and efficient in making sure I got the right vehicle and the best deal. I will recommend him to friends also looking into a new Nissan.
