"Rogue Purchase" Went to dealership to look at 2019 Rogue’s. Salesman (Felipe) approached and introduced himself to us. Then proceeded to show us their inventory of what we were looking for. Upon seeing second vehicle, then test drive, we didn’t need to look at any others.
"Shuttle service" I understand the shuttle service is a courtesy however, the driver didn't show up until 7:45, he didn't bother asking anyone if they had to be to work or an appointment. I was the only one that had to be to work, everyone else went home. I was the last to be dropped off AMD didn't get to work until 9:00. It was a cold morning. The driver had the ac on while wearing a jacket and it was cold. The service center did wonderful, but the shuttle was awful.
"Avoid going here!" DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM LITHIA NISSAN OF FRESNO!!!! This is dealership is awful!!!!! awful!!!! We came here april 7, 2019 to get a cargo van. We were told by Victor, the manager, that we could not get a loan by my bank EECU because my bank wouldn't allow us to purchase a used commercial vehicle. So Victor tells us he can guarantee he will get us a loan through Lithia's financial loans because Lithia has their personal loans they offer if my banks fail. "Forever Oil change " I arrived to my appt on time at 12:30 all I needed was an oil change and tire rotation. It took 2.5 hours, when I was told it would like 1 hour. A lot of people in waiting room were also frustrated with the duration of wait time for minor services. I was told by service Dept it was because it was Friday. I don’t care if it was Saturday a service is a service and people should have to give up the majority of their day for it. If you over booking you need to work on that and change it. Not happy at all!

"Games" This staff is accommodating, friendly and generally knowledgeable about the Vehicles. But in typical fashion “Management “ wants to haggle over price and try and whine over petty details rather than trying to sell a good product to people. It seems their more interested in their own commission or paycheck than making the customer happy and feel good.
"Didn't want to pay for my tags!! " Bought a truck from them and December 24 tags were due on march ask the sell guy that if my tags renewal was included with the price he said yes come to find out 2 months later I get the DMV letter to renew my tags, call the dealership talked to countless people none of them helped me to pay the tags after I specified to them to.
"screwed me over!" I went in to buyout a lease. Having gone over the miles in the agreement, I knew I was in for a surprise. I went in and was promised to be taken care of, "Like family". I left feeling the exact opposite! I should have spoken up but honestly I thought they were giving me a deal and I trusted them; so I signed the paperwork and left. Colossal mistake on my part! "Good laughs" The Car we look at smell like a smoker been in it. Shouldn’t it smell like new if u r trying to sell it? didn’t advertise internet price till I show them. Made an offer n was told(attitude) that the dealership would b loosing about $10k on the deal. Let me do the math, car was at $38k, internet price was $32k(ur decision to lower price) so how r u loosing $10k if u r willing to sell it at $32k......lol....my explanation on my offer($30k out the door) was that I wanted the value of the car when I drove off the l... read more
