Worst company we have ever had to deal with. Customer service is non-existant. They randomly increased the monthly loan payment without any clear explanation. Multiple calls to customer service have not helped to resolve any issues. Mortgage broker even called on our behalf and company did not return calls. When finally getting ahold of someone the company will drop calls mid call and then not call back, will have to sit on hold for 30min when calling back only to get another agent at company who can not transfer to the orig... read more
My loan was sold to LoanCare LLC by ********* Mortgage in December and we've had nothing but problems since. When I tried to make my first payment, the payment was drafted twice. When I called LoanCare LLC customer service I was told there was nothing they could do about it until the payments processed but to call back after they had gone through and then we could figure out where to go from there. Worst mortgage company ever! Sold to them and there awful! About to refinance just to not deal with this company. Charge you to pay your mortgage. If you send a check 2 weeks in advance they cash on 15th at midnight so you don't know if they have received it or not. There manager ****** and ******** id# XXXX XXXX tell you sorry but basically pp at the fee if u want to know if it's paid or not. Absolutely ** . I hope they go out of business
My Loan was transferred to loancare roughly 3 months ago. Initially, Loancare did a poor Job alerting me that my loan was transferred. If I had not checked my automatic payment had transferred I would not have known my loan had been moved. I contacted my prior lender and they informed me that my loan was transferred to Loancare. I had to contact Loancare to find my loan number, and set up auto draft. However, they wanted to impose a fine for payment because it was 3 days past the payment date. I have had nothing but problems with this company. The most recent infraction with them is they stated my bank returned my October payment which didn't happen so in this process my November payment was not auto drafted as normal. I have paid the November payment over the phone and had the bank fax proof that my October pymt was not returned. It has been a week and I called to check and now they are saying they never recvd anything from the bank... Now my credit shows 30 days delinquent in error and I have never been late on ... read more
The worst experience I have had with a company. They bought my loan from another company and they have made it so inconvenient to get things situated. From getting my loan number to setting up autopay, it has been a nightmare, and now I am late on my mortgage. I called in for my loan number and she gave me the wrong number, so I still do not have my mortgage paid, and I will not hold for another 20 minutes to get the correct number.
