This is the absolute worst mortgage company! We were due an escrow refund due to a refinance. We have waited almost 2 months and after 19 telephone conversations still have not received our money. The employees are all uninformed from the customer service reps (if you want to call them that) to management, we received 19 different answers regarding the status of our money! I don't where to start in regards to this organization... Never have I been exposed to such incompetence. ***** ***** transferred my loan to LOANCARE for servicing purposes to save on it's own servicing costs. Please understand LOANCARE did not purchase my mortgage,but rather is suppose to service it. That's where the problem lies. LOANCARE continues to misplace my sent funds monthly or simply refuses to perform an automatic withdraw. Our mortgage was sold to LoanCare last summer. For the past three months, we have been trying to get help from LoanCare on our mortgage. When I call them, I wait on hold for at least 15 minutes every time. One time when I had waited over twenty minutes on hold, the representative I was finally talking with dropped my call as she was supposedly transferring me to another department. Have been calling the "customer service" line. Been on hold for 45 minutes, twice. Leave my number to call me back.... no calls received. Sent emails to "customer support".... nothing. I'd refinance with a different company if I could.

I was forced to start paying through loan care by my lender in February. Since then I have yet to successfully seen the automated payments system work. Often the one time payment system goes all the way through and says it was successful but then doesn't take out of your account. I'm never sure if I'll be charged double or nothing at all. I've emailed their customer service several times with no response and trying to get through their phone system no matter which selection seems impossible. I have been consistently disappointing with their service. There was a mishap with a double draft of my mortgage payment. They failed to notify me in a timely manner that they dropped my flood insurance because they figured I didn't need it anymore. I just found out that they mailed in my hazard insurance after the due date and have no tracking system for the check that went out.

Never an answer on their phones. Sometimes you get a recording and it lets you hold forever and then it cuts you off... sometimes it cuts you off right away. They have applied my payment wrong. They assured me weeks ago that this had been corrected and the service charges have been removed but I still see them online.

LoanCare is impossible to reach. Their customer service phone line takes you in circles and drops your call. I've submitted numerous email tickets and received automated email responses that say my matter will be looked at within 5 business days. I have received zero communication. Now I'm waiting to see if the advocacy service they offer will address my request.

This is a fraudulent business. They mail false *** ***** asking for personal information, including social security numbers, etc. It's purely a scam.
