0 stars. Was on hold for 1.5 hours for customer service which never answered and now their offices, which I doubt are even staffed, is conveniently closed. This company recently took over my mortgage and have been horrible in service and ethic practices from the start. They are trying to take thousands of dollars from him in seedy practice ways.
WORST LOAN COMPANY EVER!!!! I cannot get a hold of them at ALL. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone at that company. I have paid my monthly payment on their website and it went through. I then got a letter that my "financial institution" returned the payment. I looked online and it went through. Trying to call them, I have been on hold for 2 hours!!!!! Every time I leave my number NOBODY has EVER called me back. How are you supposed to give them money if they will not take it?
***** ***** sold my mortgage to this company, after 14 years with them! Loancare, a company I had never heard of, was going to hold my mortgage. Getting into the website to pay my mortgage is a struggle every month and nothing is done about it. Just today I logged in and then wasn't able to make a payment! The information came up, but no way to enter details on the date I was paying (TODAY!). I'm so over this company. If I call to pay, they'll charge me *** or *** to even call the payment in. We bought a brand new condo in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. The initial financing company sold our loan to Loancare after we made our 1st payment. Original loan officer promised there would be nothing different in the payments..... And of course - there is!! And after 7 documented phone calls, a formal submittal of our closing documents to verify our claim and 2 follow up emails; we have heard nothing. THE WORST......I've been trying to get LoanCare LLC to remove my PMI from my loan. Per there own website my *** loan no longer have PMI as of 12/31/2016 but they are still paying mortgage insurance to someone. I submitted a ticket on 1/16/201 for them to review my account and remove pmi and i was told it would take them a month to review. Why? you can clearly see that my loan ratio is ***** and a 5 year old can figure it out in 10 mins. This is the worst mortgage company I have ever experienced..had a modification set, they cashed check, sent back the next months payment saying we sent the first one too late, and are cancelling agreement. Eveeyine i talk to has a different answer , no extension numbers, can't speak with a supervisor. My contract states checks are to be delivered by the 31st..overnighted mine to get there on 30th, and they claim since they didn't process till a few days later it doesn't count???...then they tell me I should have paid over p... read more
I have fulfilled my MIP obligations. Loancare did discountinue the MIP payments. But only because I let them know I had fullfilled it. I am due a credit because I over paid the MIPs. I have written 6 to 7 letters to their Escrow department in the last 15 months or so. I have received no responce to 1 letter on the refund. You cannot talk to Escrow, only write letters.
This Company is one of the worst Mortgage companies I ever had to deal with. You have a hard time getting through on the phone. And when asked to put a call back number you get calls late in the evening. Very unprofessional services when dealing with customers needs.
My mortgage is currently with this company and I find it very difficult to get a hold of them. They were unable to set up an autodraft. They have not returned my email requests. They have called me to contact them but with a different phone number than the one that is listed on the website. This is the third mortgage company that I have dealt with and they have been the worst.
