LoanCare is intentionally defrauding customers (including myself) of *** payments by (1) continuing to charge *** after the principle balance drops below **** and (2) continuing to pay *** from escrow accounts after stating that *** payments would be terminated. If you are a victim of this illegal activity, please file a complaint with your state's banking authority.
My mortgage loan was transferred to this company due to no request of mine. This company by far has the worst customer service Inhave ever experienced!!! I honestly don't know how they're still in business. No one ever answers the phone unless you say you want to make a payment. They don't care about anything other than taking the consumers money. Now I know why Loan Care is not accredited. Trying to get a hold of them and actually getting something done is like sucking a golf ball through a garden hose. First they contradict everything. If you talk to them, they say they will not report you to the credit report if you pay by the **** of the month... NOT TRUE. If you are on hold, it tells you that you have a grace period to pay and will not be charged a late fee, wrong the late fee is automatically charged. This has been the worst experience of my life. I am worried that myloancare is scam. there is absolutely no way to speak to anyone at this "company" I have been trying to get in contact with someone for MONTHS since they took over my loan. Still unable. No call backs, no emails back - since that is their "preferred" method.... I am at a loss for words what do I do?
Like all of the other victims' complaints I am reading on here, my loan was bought out, and by no choice of mine, I'm dealing with LoanCare. They are HORRIBLE!! I am having the escrow issue as well. They sent out an escrow statement for the year lowering my payment **** each month and 3 months later (March 1st) they sent me another statement saying the escrow is short with a bill for ******** due by 4/1/18 and raising my payment by ****** per month starting April 1st. I wish I didnt even have to give them one star. It has been an absolute NIGHTMARE since our loan was bought out from them in December. We have continued to have issues of them telling us we never made one of our payments (that we made through their online banking system, and shows I made it on my bank statements/the history on their banking website). LoanCare is horrible. Worst mortgage experience I ever had. When they sent my Annual Tax and Interest Statement for **** and ***** they did not include my *** and ***taxes. When my *** filed my **** taxes in ***** he used the tax amount shown on my LoanCare statement. That statement omitted about ****** in *** and *** taxes. Now I am filing my **** taxes and again LoanCare did not sent me any documentation. At present I am on hold for a "customer service" representative... 23 minutes as of right now and the continuing message that my call is very important to them is untruthful. Unfortunately my mortgage is being serviced by LoanCare. I cannot make a payment on their web site even though the recordings keep saying I can. This is the worst mortgage company I have ever experienced. 10 calls after opening case to remind them to pay property tax, but not paid, no reply to me at all. Customer service just told you that we are waiting from back office........... VERY BAD company all time with all business!!!
