They refuse to mail statements, so you never know what your balance is, if there are other charges you need to be concerned with. All calls made are automated 1-2 times per-day with not pertinent information provided; and you are required to call them back if you want information. Have not received a statement regarding regarding my PMI.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. My loan got sold to this company and this is the worst company ever!!! I have filed many support tickets etc and good luck getting someone to contact you back if at all. It took me two months just to get my loan amount changed back because they automatically changed it and auto debited my account when it was the incorrect amount. They never refunded me the extra money they took out. The posted late fees on my account when I have never been late. I always pay on the 1st and it is due on the 15th. They do not... read more

Our mortgage was sold to/taken over by LoanCare this month. Within 12 days, they took out two mortgage payments. When I called to dispute this, they refunded the second one but charged me a wire transfer fee to get back MY money that they should never have taken out. I have spoken with customer service 4 times and been told twice now that it's being taken care of. It's been a week and still no refund.

Our loan was sold, again. They did not properly notify us of the change. Our mortgage is setup to come out every month automatically. We have done this for 20 years. Loancare did not take out our payment, so we called our payment in via phone, made the payment and setup monthly automatic payments to come out. We then received a letter from collections stated we were delinquent! This information was to be passed to credit bureaus. We were not delinquent. My mortgage was sold to Loancare LLC. I am not at all impressed, and that's an understatement! Terrible customer service. Cannot always reach them during their "regular business hours". Have been disconnected frequently when trying to reach someone. Will refinance as soon as possible. Wish my original mortgage company (in ********* *** was truly concerned about selling mortgages to a reputable and reliable loan servicing company. Ethics? I don't think they know the meaning of the word.

Absolutely horrible customer service!! Worse company I have had to deal with. I called for a per diem payoff. I was informed that they could not tell me the per diem over the phone. They told me they would email it to me by six pm the same day. I got nothing. Called the next morning and sat on hold for 36minutes. I called back and got transferred 5 times before I got someone who made an effort to help. She spoke with her supervisor and told me that I would have an email today by six pm.....So the just of it isI was transferr... read more

My PHH mortgage was bought by LoanCare in maybe February, 2017. I say maybe because I received nothing from LoanCare although PHH sent a note letting me know the mortgage had been sold to LoanCare and to expect to hear from them. I did not hear from LoanCare so called a number I found on-line but had to leave a message. In the meantime, I kept paying PHH who said they would forward payments through April, 2017. My mortgage got switched to loancare last summer and I have had nothing but issues. They dropped my escrow in November without any authorization to do so. When my insurance agency flagged this for me I called Loancare in janurary and spoke to them and just got passed around from department to department. I was finally told my inquiry was filed and It would be resolved in 9-14 days. Our home was flooded in April ********* insurance is great and made sure we got everything repaired and replaced! The problems started when we had to send the checks to loancare,they doled it out like it was theirs,making the recovery work difficult and stressful.It took twice as long as it should have because of their incompetence and dishonest way of giving us our insurance money!
