I was not impressed especially when I was told my warranty would cover my service expenses then ended up paying 500 will do my own servicing on the vehicle which will be way less then taking it in to the dealership.

Let’s see. A bought a 2022 dodge Durango. When I get home I notice the license plate bulb is out. So I call them to replace it. They argue with me on the phone saying they have to special order in a $1000 light assembly for the entire back of my suv to replace this tiny $5 light bulb. I ensure to re explain what it is and they insist this is a $1000 job and the part will take 2 weeks. 2 weeks later I go in once the part arrives, guess what. Didn’t need it. Think it's a scam by dodge that we had to pay close to $150 to change out a light bulb, in the old days it was simple to change out a burnt out light bulb. we went there to change out one light bulb out and ended up changing both out even though its only 78000 km on the truck and

Well had a oil leak in my 2021 Durango oil filter i guess was the problem thats what i was told , so i have to pay for a full oil change and a shampoo to wash the oil off the bottom of my vehicle. Why did i have pay for all of it half would have been fine , but the people in service just dont give a shit about customer service and keep the customer coming back . So after this ordeal i will NEVER darken the Londonderry dodge dealer doors again . My vehicle will go to another dealership even going out of my way to do it ....... read more

Londonderry Dodge charged me diagnostic twice, as before I drop my truck I was already done this diagnostic at different mechanic and he asked me to go to this dealership because the needed part has to be ordered and programmed by dealer “Electronic power steering rack”. I tried to call many times and explain, but they refused to get back the $240 diagnostic, which is not fair. I have been coming back for the 2nd time now to get the rattling noise fixed in my engine. Yes they changed a few things but still the rattling is there.

Buying a vehicle is Buying a vehicle, its expensive, but of the many places that i could have gone, i think i found one that actually cares. Everyone I've met from sales to parts to service has put in a great effort to be very helpful.

My truck is not even 2 years old and I am being told I need $1000 in repairs? Further, the whole reason for my visit was my washer fluid was not spraying. All to be told I somehow disconnected the hose and this is not covered? The hose is not visible from the outside, I cannot reach the window due to my height and I park in heated underground so it’s not from “scraping snow”
