My truck is not even 2 years old and I am being told I need $1000 in repairs? Further, the whole reason for my visit was my washer fluid was not spraying. All to be told I somehow disconnected the hose and this is not covered? The hose is not visible from the outside, I cannot reach the window due to my height and I park in heated underground so it’s not from “scraping snow”
I always bring my vehicle to this dealership for service - arranged for an appointment by phone, was able to come in on the day that I asked for - waited on site for the work to be done - my vehicle was repaired that day( thermostat not working - no heat) drove home in a very warm vehicle - happy customer
I bought new Jeep Wrangler from london derry dodge when i was buying jeep they promised a 4 full tanks of gas . After that i bought jeep and they are behaving really rude and giving a really bad customer service and aren’t giving a 4 tanks of gas which they promised . I am really disappointed with them. Thanks
My experience was a very bad one. I will never come back and will not refer anyone to you.. I was there 2 hours for oil change. Came back because some signs were showing on my dashboard that need programming, I spent 3 hours and they unable to do it. I went home and was able to do it myself. The Manager did not help.l
-Customer assistance was terrible... she must have been in a bad mood that day. -Called the wrong phone number to let me know it was done. -The price of things just seemed to go up.
Experience was fine but the work was poor
We loved the service we got from our salesman Lyle and service department We were not happy with only having our van for a little over a week and the navigation doesn’t work when we took it in to have it checked said it was a short between radio and navigation and that there was nothing they could do for us in regards to replacing it we understand that it’s a lot of money for a new one we would have been happy with a used unit or had ours repaired but the manager said that was not a possibility as it’s not a safety issue bu... read more
Service was great and staff was very helpful
Expect for waiting 3 1/2 hours for an oil change to be done the service was good and the service front staff was friendly
