I purchased 9 months ago with Londonderry dodge and the experience was very good. Trying for a newer vehicle at a better interest rate and had a horrible experience. I only tried as I was called by Michael and he assured me i would qualify after 8 months of payments for a bettrr rate. He even through out the # 5%. The deal has now fell through because the best I could get was 14.99% and with negative equity between my vehicle and a new on it made no sense. I picked up my truck on Thursday evening and drove it home (about 5 km). I next drove it on Saturday morning. I had traveled about 7 km when I began to hear an awful sound. I pulled into the first safe pull over spot and the first thing I checked were my wheel nuts. The first tire I checked was my drivers side rear tire and I could turn the wheel nuts with my fingers. I recently had work done on my husband's 2015 Chrysler 200 S. I was initially quoted over $2,000.00 to replace the back two shocks and drivers strut. I called back to speak to Dustin and asked if this was covered under warranty. He looked it up and it was covered. I was disappointed that he did not look that up first before informing me of the cost. Sales was fantastic. However when we brought the jeep in for platinum pkg and side steps we noticed well over 100km unaccounted for. Excuses were made. We were blamed. If millage had been recorded upon drop off this could be avoided. On a side note. This is the 5th new vehicle bought between my wife and I. We have never driven off the lot without a full tank of gas. It's the little things....

Phoned first to make sure vehicle was in stock. Drove forty min to find out it was sold the day before. They tried to sell me a newer vehicle for more money and twice the mileage. The numbers were never going to work and I told them that but went thru the process anyway which wasted another forty min.

Called first to make sure vehicle was in stock, drove 40 min to find out they sold it the day before. They wanted to make a deal on a newer - more expensive vehicle with twice the mileage. There was no chance to make the numbers work so another 40 min wasted. The kid was decent enough - it was an awkward position for him.

In 2013 was sold a vehicle when I signed was 7.% interest year and half later found out contract was 38% interest I have been stuck in this vehicle since due to credit situation

Brought my vehicle in to change out the tires. Ask the advisor if they could put them in new bags as for the last time they changed out the tire they pt them back in dirty bags, not only that but they were a competitions logo bags. When my wife came to pick up the car she looked and again they were put back in the same dirty old bags. I have been dealing at Londonderry for over 20 years. This is totally unacceptable
