You were fine Chrysler was abhorrent. They have cost me $1161 for an item that should have been covered under warranty as they promised. They could have at least accepted my offer to share the costs but refused. I have already brought this up a number of times but to no avail. As a matter of fact I did a review that was sent to your service manager so I am not understanding why I am doing another. Not that Chrysler cares regardless.Peter
I received excellent service from you courtesy of your service lady Jayne. However, today at around 10.00 am(June 6th 2018). I called your office through line number... 780-473-6388 and I was redirected to service section. I waited for approximately 3 minute and a lady come on line. Went on your website to see what used vehicles were available..found a vehicle I liked and noticed I could value my trade in..so I did..Trade in value came in at between roughly $25-$27 K..well long story short I drove the hour in to the dealership (salesman was awesome ) and the sales manager valued my trade at $8-10K less then your website ..not inmpressed at all. it was a total waste of my time and your salemans' time...to me that is false advertising.I would have never came to your dealership knowing I would get less tha... read more
Time went by fast as I was looking at the new 2019 Ram.
The service overall was great. The only thing that would have made this experience better is when being called to fix recalls please ensure all parts are in. I was booked for 3 recalls and had to make a second trip because parts for one of the recalls wasn't available on the original booking date.
The servive shifter warning light was on and indicator lights out. Service checked it out, did a procedure on the control module that didn't work and ordered a new shifter. 1-2 weeks delivery. The service was good but the fact that the vehicle is brand new is disappointing.
The service was good but it is becoming very frustrating because I have had to come in 4 times in the past 12 months for the engine light coming on. I am scheduled again this next week because 2 days after this service call the light has come on again. I'll have paid $700 for diagnostics that seem to only point out 1 thing and when that is cleared up it will read another one. Why can you not see what might be wearing out before it does? Had truck in to clean seats ect on warranty did poor job Imran poor so much for that my 2 year old grand child could have done better paid lot of money for that warranty it should be redone if you are fair ray
