Disappointed with total buying experience 1. I told manager I would not pay for Admin. fee $395 or tire levy $20...he insisted that he would back amounts off, Justin tried to explain process I am not convinced that happened 2. Problems with the oil pressure on a test drive. Red flag!! Didn’t live up to our understanding of the telephone conversation prior to our visit. Obvious miscommunication. Not able to give us a suitable trade in value
Was told I had an alignment issue and both front tires were low tread on my pace of mind inspection and needed to be replaced. In conversation with service writer darryl ot was agreed to have quote given and to not rotate tires as rear tires already had better thread. But when picked up vehicle they had but the bald tires on rear. Very angry about this. Was gonna get tired from u guys once I got paid but I'm shocked. It is a safety issue to rotate the bald tires onto the back of a 4x4 vehicle.
The customer service when dealing with the oil change was excellent. I was having trouble with my key FOBs so was directed to the parts department. They had been working intermittently so wanted to get the batteries changed. The lady in the parts department changed the battery in the one I had with me and when I returned to my vehicle, it was not working at all. The vehicle was reading “ Key has left the vehicle. Bad service cometment
Previously mentioned tranny and ball joint issues....nothing was done. Had to wait for my vehicle to be deemed not drivable before my tranny was rebuilt and ball joint repaired. Cost me over 300 dollars because they would not listen to me. Computer diagnostics do not always give you the proper results....dont rely on them.

I wasn't totally satisfied with the service this time I have taking my vehicles for service for the past 10 years. I was in for oil change and peace of mind check. I was in previous 6 months ago just few maintenance items to be done. This time I came in and everything seem to be needed repair brakes, battery and sensor total bill &2160.00. Sales man promised us during the sale detail and washing once a year. Free wiper replacements when needed and when we went to retrieve these items within our contract they were denied by the general manager of Londonderry Jeep Dodge dealership. I would not recommend shopping there unless you have complete evidence of your sales person agreements. Unfortunately this is one of those dealerships that will do and say anything for that final sale I will not recommending this dealership to any friends and family in the future.
