I called in 3 weeks in advance regarding my trucks recall. How is it possible you didn't have the part that needed to be replaced. Now there gonna call me to bring my vehicle back on for the 2nd time when this issue should of been replaced on Saturday. I purchased a used 2015 Dodge Journey last weekend, the 5th. My sales man was Nick Gen, not sure of the correct spelling of his last name. He was a decent salesman. My family and I had been searching many dealerships over the weekend to find the perfect Journey. Terrible.... worst customer service I have yet to experience
The service was real good I think they redid some of the under coating and there is still something banging underneath the truck. Unpond checking further I found that my spare tire was not sucked up tight and it is banging on the frame.
Never to deal or recommend your dealer ship to anyone
Warranty recall and tire change was ok. Third vehicle purchased here. Most dealers today do minor detail cleaning. I know that you have the capabilties to do so. Same owner owns 2 competitors dealerships down the road and they do detailing. Next vehicle I will be more selective.
Went in to investigate weather I would use this dealership for servicing my new Dodge Ram, I had to have a tire fixed. I was shocked by the price to fix a tire$48.00. But appreciative they gave me the nail that was in it. Then I thought about it, 48.00, I could have changed the tire and brought it in loose, probably still $24.00, was it worth me changing the tire twice? For $24.00 no, money well spent. went for a recall time 1hr good At the same time I agreed with your sales person on a price time to install a apart 1hour later still good, When my van was ready I paid for I left to go. I looked at the auto the part had not been changed. Installed a wrong part so they decided to take it off and put my own back on.A1hr appoint turned in to 3hrs.
Went in for an oil changee . Super fast & friendly service. Only 1 question .... do they not wash ur car anymore when u being I there for work?
