Oil change only took an hour. Great!
I was charged to have key programmed even though it didn’t work. An now I have to buy a new key and pay for programming again (who knows if that one will work) I will be going somewhere else where work is gaurented.

Took 3 times to bring my vehicle and get it fixed. Incompetent service advisors and no communication in the shop to fix problems.
went to start my truck on Saturday morning and idling it for a few minutes I noticed antifreeze dripping from the engine. I lifted the hood and discover the radiator cap was loose and anti freeze was bubbling out from cap. I just had my truck in your dealership for some recall work on Friday so when your mechanics put my back in order they didn"t tighten radiator cap. now I got to replace the antifreeze and luckly I didn"t overheat the engine . so I"m not impressed and disappointed in your service will rethink where to brin... read more
I just came in for a recall. There is not much to say.
I know The shock on the right needs attention but the left one it wasn't much bud but now they made it worse.
Overhead door was dropped on the bumper of our truck. Except for the lady in the service bay, and the gentleman who I dealt with at the end of the day (for pick up) ,I felt those I dealt with were somewhat annoyed and unsympathetic. This is the second incidence of concern to our truck since purchase in 2017.
Took truck in for recall, T79. As it turns out this was just an inspection, and it was determined that the pin needs to be replaced. I would think that there would be a few of these parts in stock to do the repair. Instead they need to order the part and I will have to take my truck back another day. Previous recalls were done on one visit. This is not efficient for me or the service dept. having to go through this twice.
Oil Change Front end girls excellent, Report says my headlights are good. I got a quote for a new headlight assembly because mine was broken and my passenger headlight is burnt out. I need to rely on vehicle check but if they can’t tell a light is broken then did they guess on everything else on the inspection? John
