This is the second time I have not been satisfied with the service I received Not happy
Service for recall done well from what I see. Tires were rotated and front tires had 79 psi in them. When tires are rotated, pressures must be checked. Second time this has happened. Previous experience here was when I had the tire sensor repaired and tire pressures were checked. Did someone use a tire gauge and if so, do they know how to use it or is the tire gauge faulty? Tire pressures were all over the place.
very bad service. Great friendly people, but very poor service. If you really need my opinion call me at 7809946527. I guarantee you will agree with me 100%.
Had an oil change done, it was okay, and it states they will top up all fluid levels, WELL, they did not top up the coolant, and it is right on the MIN line. I thought that should have been done.

Dustin was good to deal with, except that I was told that I was getting a new T case so why was I charged a core charge for keeping my damaged T case? That is not the case when you buy a new component unless I was sold a rebuilt which will piss me off. Secondly, your shuttle driver drives the truck upto me with the Emergency Brake applied, how Stupid, and all he can say is “oh, sorry” . Kept being told parts not in , was originally told next day you kept my wife’s Jeep and what should have been a done in 2 days took 5 days , this was second attempt to do repair , first time you kept Jeep when I couldn’t leave it there any longer picked up Jeep was told they would call when parts where in Never got a call back only brought it in because of recall and thought I would try again Just put in new batterie 6 months ago and what to charge 40. I have been to you guys three times for the same issue and have a forth appointment booked. Not happy about this service at all
Horrible!! Brought my truck in for safety recall ..which was time out of my day only to be called 3 hours later telling they couldn't do it. The reason was because of a modification ..knowing that before I left would have been great, but no one ever asked or looked!! Not pleased at all.
