beware of this company they DO NOT call you back i had my bathroom worked on last year! they broke a main pipe , temporarily fixed their words not mine. we will be back to fix it . guess what ! still not fixed and shower not finished. called called called, oh i will call you back! yeah right !! nope no one! the Only good thing i can say is Ricky the sales person was GREAT ! other than that i wish I Never used Long Home Products , a lot of money for nothing, i wanted it done for my husband who had open heart surgery , so he w... read more

The Rep that was sent out to sell us a roof did a great job with false representation on two different items. They were deal closures for my wife and I. To start with the salesman told us if we booked now we would save $3,000.00 on lumber costs. Which ended up to be a lie. No lumber was replaced at all during the install. This company will not refund my money for a job that their installer said he could not do because of window size, sense then Mr. Ronald M* ****** the sales man who stated I would receive my money back in 7-10 days has not returned my money to me and no one at this company will answer my calls for help, NOTE: Don’t trust this company with your money.

I entered into an agreement last year with Jacob C**** from Long Home Bath products. I was sent a digital contract that did not reflect the agreement we entered in to nor did it reflect the correct deposit amount we put down. We had some dire circumstances and have on several occasions tried to contact Mr. C**** and His supervisor Mr. G****** for options including requesting the contract they have on file. This company solicited my 86 year old mother and proceeded to grossly overcharge her for work that we, as her POA, never authorized. The sales representative took the liberty to create an email account for her, again, without permission, and in her words "pressured me" into signing an electronic document. I've attempted to reach the service manager as well as the branch manager numerous times since 12/13/823 and have never received a call back. Long Home did a shower conversion in my home in October of 2023. Their ad stated they could do the job in 1 day. The salesman, (Matt S**** ) said it would take 1-3 days and the project manager said 3-5 days. The project took 11 days to finish. The installer didn't arrive at my house on the 1st day until 7:30 PM to do the demolition and left at 9;00PM. During those 11 days there were 4 days when I was told they would be back early the next day but no one ever showed up. When I asked why no one came on those days the installer... read more

Two local reps came out. One I liked and was willing to give a shot. The other was not personable and only spoke up multiple times to ask ‘what is your number’ or ‘is there a number’. Shortly thereafter, I let them know I don’t like to be pushed and ended the visit. The company has been harassing me with phone calls nonstop. Doesn’t matter how many times I hang up or let them know I am not interested. Don’t know why they think these tactics would make someone change their mind ! Would never use nor recommend them.

Very disappointed in the workmanship and professionalism. Refused to sign off on the completion as several shingles lifted, metal flashing not secured and roofing end shingles hanging over gutters. My old roof looked better than the newly installed roof. Long Roofing is pricey and I would not have them work on my second home or provide a referral. The company did return however the end result is not great. Nails for the second time left in driveway and grass. Consumers beware
