Very unprofessional, we're not prepared for what they needed even though they came twice to measure and take pictures to know the supplies they needed. Then two days after install I had animal control come claiming my dog bite them when they were crated most of the day. Was never reported to me and never saw a report of the claiming of a dog bite after I informed them I have cameras inside and outside my house. I'll start out with the finish product, I love my new walk in shower. HOWEVER, getting to the finished product was more than a challenge. The sales person lied about the time line, the project coordinator, which I didn't know existed until after the project started, lied repeatedly. How you say? 1) Sales person stated 2-4 days to complete the project; took 5 days, would have been longer if they didn't come on a Saturday to complete. 2) Project Coordinator, who was suppose to be over seeing everything, never knew she existed ... read more

Not having with the run around for a free estimate. Calling their office has been horrible experience. Saying people will call me back and no one ever calls. Being put on hold with no one ever picking up. Not worth your time as there are a million roofers around.

Our main reason we chose Long was because of the presentation. It checked off all the boxes for what we wanted in our new shower replacement. It was more expensive than we wanted it to be but that presentation was convincing. We needed someone to take down all the drywall floor to ceiling and that's what Connor said would happen. We had a lengthy conversation with him about it and he assured us it would be done. During installation we realized they didn't take it all down. My parents had a roof installed by long and multiple windows. The windows have a warranty. They were great to deal with up until the installation was done but getting them to respond on the warranty has been a nightmare. They set it up so no one ever answers the phone and you can’t contact anyone directly- we had them come out dec 14 to look at a window with a broken seal. Having recently replaced a roof, a driveway, windows and a patio with different contractors, I can say that my experience with Long was by far the worst. I hired this company to replace my tub. Initial meeting with sales reps who advised this was a 2 day job came with pressure to sign on the spot or price would increase by thousands. After months of waiting, the call came to schedule installation, citing a typical completion of 3 days. Five days later, job was completed. With the amount of money we paid for the installation of a new shower in our master bath room, we expected at least "fair" service. Service has been poor. On their first attempt at a proper installation, the top (ceiling) part of the shower was not installed, as it should have been, and as promised. A second installation appointment had to be set up. STOP calling us. We have asked you to stop once already and the constant calls will get you nothing except a terrible review. I will post my thoughts on all available sites to ensure others will think twice about dealing with you.
