We DO NOT recommend this Company. We had an awful experince with the roof installation. The Crew was very disrespectful to our home and property and left a huge mess inside and out. The damaged a custom made headboard and did not communicate with us with regards to the skylight installation. Only one person on the crew of 8 or could speak english and that was not very well. I contracted LHP/Roofing to install new roof which cost me $16,000+ dollars. On the day of install it appeared that everything was going well with install. It was not until months later that I noticed during a heavy downpour of rain that rainwater was overflowing the gutters which gave me concern that something was terribly wrong with the gutter helmets. My elderly parents were charmed by the Long sales members who visited their house. We are still not sure how they got my mother's number and she does not remember soliciting them. She was very excited about their 50% discount and thought she was doing something great for her family by securing a new roof for our 200-year-old farmhouse. If i were going to base this review only on the products and the installers, it would be a five-star review, easily. i'm VERY happy with the shower, floor, and vanity; they're beautiful! The toilet looks good and works properly; that's all i expect from a toilet. The installers and electrician are all polite, professional, and very good at what they do. i couldn't ask for better. let them know it was done wrong. The salesman came out and took pictures and agreed that it had been done incorrectly and they would take care of it . I thought they would fix it. Then the manager Corey M******** got involved and told me the job had been done correctly, then offered to drop off some trim for me to fix it. I called their corporate office to file a complaint . I have not heard anything from them.

Months ago I inquired regarding a new shower installation. After the rep explained the lengthy process of having the sales rep meet with "all of the homeowners and dwellers", I made up my mind to hire a local contractor as I didn't need that kind of pressure and I had seen this kind of selling pressure before with a window replacement company. I had a roof installed by LONG in Sept. 2020. New plywood underlayment(?) Was included in the cost as the original roof was old. At one point i walked outside to check install andcrealized new shingles were over old sagging wood. I was told new plywood was not needed as the original wood was good. It may have been strong but was old/sagging. Too late to stop. New, sagging, roof complete, no refund of monies charged for wood but not used. Nov. 2023, 2 leaks leaving large holes inside. I hired this company to do my whole roof. They charged me $24,942.00 the house 1296 square foot mobile manufactured home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms i pay for shingle They install my roof with plastic It is so annoying when it's raining. I would never encourage no one to use this company to work on your house.

Had Long Home Products install a walk in shower. Happy with shower installation. Then the company asked me if I wanted a new roof. I said No, I just had my roof redone in 2012. Company took money out of my account, which was suppose to be payment for walk in shower installation. Every time they call me saying, Oh, you need to pay for your walk in shower installation.
