Had a full shower replacement done to accommodate my disabled wife. Special attention was paid to the texture of the pan(bottom) of the shower to reduce slip hazard. The installation went well, the installation team were neat, clean and accomodating to the custom mounting of hand rails shelves and shower head. Well to start with, Long's roofing did NOT provide the material as presented to me by the sales person. The roof vents and roofing paper were not as shown to me by the sales person. Although I complained, nothing was done and the roof is installed with inferior products. I payed 18,000.00 dollars for a roof I could have gotten installed for 12,000.00 using the same products. I bought 2 tub to shower conversions for my home from Long Home Products (LHP). A product used during installation has left fumes/putrid odor in my home for over 3 weeks. The installers left fingerprints and smears on all 4 shower doors. LHP sent a worker here 2 days later to clean the doors with LHP's denatured alcohol product. Initially, the doors looked clean. The sales reps came with a razzle dazzle. The workers came did their job but missed a huge part of my floor. After the replacement of the shower in tub. I reached out to the project manager to address the issue that there's a huge safety hazard in my bathroom not only for myself but my child as well. Do not do any business with this Long Bath company. They misrepresent, lie and do not follow thru on job being completed in 67 days! Sent documents day of last Ling Contractor worked on Bath 21 August 2023 with my signature to Loan company saying job completed and were paid just under $19,000 for a new bath shower job not finished and needing repairs. I met with Jim C******* from sales on October 26, 2023. After looking at my shower (need shower replacement) he quoted me a price of over $20,000, way outside the range as indicated by ************* ******. I then asked about discounts, and he gave a few. Wish we could give negative stars. Absolutely horrible from beginning to end. I hope no-one else gets sucked into working with this horrendous business. We signed on for them to complete a very, very small shower in my elderly mother' home. We signed the contract in March and the job was not complete until September. This was solely to take out the bath that was there and install a shower we could wheel her into. Should have taken no more than a week or two. Everything I was told was a lie about the company. I was told that they do everything in-house, no third party or outside contractors used, everyone is a paid employee. Not true. Installers were contracted employees and one gentleman who did most of the work did not speak English, therefore very difficult to communicate with him. I waited 3 months for the installers and when they arrived they did not have the product I picked out. Under frustration I went ahead and installed what they delivered. Stop calling me! I keep getting calls several times a day. I do t want your services. I have blocked at least 30 different numbers and have politely asked to have my number removed. Still they keep calling. This is now to the level of harassment!!
