$5 Tuesday isn't worth this headache. The theater is poorly managed and the staff bumbles around with no direction. Arrived on time and could barely find the theater as they are not marked by movie like all the others. My husband and I ordered 10 minutes before showtime. Many many people arrived late walking in front of our seats. The staff slowly, painfully so, bought small pieces of orders out once every ten minutes. Wish I could choose a negative rating. DO NOT COME HERE! Hello. I purchased tickets for Look Cinemas in Dobbs Ferry at a 7:45pm showing for opening night of Thor Love and Thunder. When we got there around 7:20 we were made aware after asking around for help for 15 minutes there was no 7:45 showing and several movie times were shoved into 1 movie time. I would give this place 0 stars if possible. Ordered food and nothing showed up for about 30 min into the movie. I went out to the bar to check on the order and the lady at the bar became very defensive. I was just asking about my order, she got very rude and condescending. It was a bitter experience. The cost of the movie ticket price and the food no where comes close to justifying the horrendous service this place provides.

I loved that a new dine in movie theater opened up less than a five minute drive away from me. The theater was easy to find, but parking in the front was very limited, maybe 40 spots max. I don't know where the additional parking is, but I came mid day for lunch and was fortunate to find a spot despite the lot being nearly full. The theater itself was very clean and modern as would be expected with a brand new theater. The staff were very helpful and quickly directed me to the appropriate theater. Greeted at the front door by who may have been the manager and was very friendly. He directed to go see someone else who would be able to assist us. When we got to that person they were like ok why are you here and just told us to wait at the bar. The small area in front of the bar was very crowded with people waiting to be let into the theater. Much of this same nonsense as when it was I-Pic Theatre. Many of the food menu items listed were not available. I ordered a large popcorn, wings, fries and a drink. The wings were drowning in sauce, but acceptable. My popcorn did not arrive and after 45 minutes I had to exit and find a employee. I missed 5 minutes of my movie ( which is a long time in movie years) . The popcorn did arrive soon after drenched in butter ( I ordered light butter) and stale. The seats are comfortable and the movie experience itself was fine. This review is for the food, the dining service, and the customer service. We went on a Friday night to have dinner and a movie. My mom and my aunt both ordered the Green Goddess Chicken Salad. Mom got the salad, but my aunt's salad never showed up. There is no option in the ordering app to call a server over to ask about missing food, so she ended up not eating anything that night. The only reason why I'm giving it two stars is because there wasn't any problem with the movie or the actual seats in the theater, other than that they were not ready to be open for business, took an hour and 10 minutes to get two $14 cocktails brought to our seats, went into the bathroom water all over the floors, a wet roll of paper towels sitting on the sink a little squeeze bottle of hand soap you have in your house and two out of the three toilets were out of order, it seemed as if nobody there knew what they were doin... read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is trash. The service needs improvement, the food was not only disgusting but everything that came out was cold, even the popcorn! Went in expecting good experience came out knowing I'm never going back! Complete waste of money
