Imagine if there's a restaurant that's pitch dark where you eat in recliners. Drill down and think what that means. Close your eyes and imagine not being able to see your food-- neither when it comes nor while you eat it? Let's dissect these shortcomings. I ordered tenders and fries but honestly--in the pitch dark-- I couldn't see what I was eating. I think those soggy things were fries. Ive been to many dine in movie theaters before and i have to say this one is the absolute worst! The service was horrible! There was absolutely NO service! I kept calling a server thru their in service app & no one came. I followed up with the waiters & they kept saying okay. It made my movie experience terrible. No one wants to watch a 3hr movie starving waiting for NOTHING! The manager told Me sorry it happens. Seriously unprofessional!

I went there for a movie premier last night. The movie was great. However the service was NOT. Upon arriving there was no one to greet you. There was a worker standing by the bar area speaking with other people. He then proceeded to shout everyone for theater X it's open you can go in. No one checked us in we just walked right in. TERRIBLE! Theater was ice cold up front in the lounge seats. My wife wore my jacket and her's. Said if it was any colder she would have left. Tried 3x to order food and drink but the app kept crashing. They also require a CC to be added at the end but it's so dark in the theater that you can't see the numbers on the card. Went to the lobby and grabbed a manager who had someone take my order at 7:05. Food I wanted was available when I got there but was now sold out. This was the WORST movie experience ever. Keep in mind this was my daughters first movie. No one is checking tickets, so anyone can see a movie for free. Half of the menu wasn't available, when my husband and I received our food it was cold and soggy. Since Mac & Cheese wasn't available for my 3 year old, we ordered a pizza. They failed to tell us the oven was broken. 45 minutes left of the movie my husband went into the lobby to inquire where the pizza is. This was my second time coming here and i was so disappointed. Our movie was supposed to start at 10:10, however we arrived at 9:50 and ordered our food so we can have it while we eat. it was 10:40 and we still hadn't gotten our food but the ppl who were next to us and came around 10:15 & got their food almost immediately. we asked 2 different servers about our food around 10:20 and 10:30 and still haven't gotten our food. we got fed up and stepped out of the movie to ask about our food (which was very inconvenient) and once... read more

There is a reoccurring theme with Look Dine In Cinemas. Look at these crappy responses to one star reviews with legitimate and troubling complaints. They clearly don't care. Especially when it comes to food service. Who wants to order food during a movie and then never recieve it, despite having to be charged ahead of time on their credit card? Alamo Dracthouse had far superior food service and never has these sorts of issues.. Yuck.

one star only because I can't give it negative stars. Worst run movie theater I have ever been to. Food never came, no one working there seems to care, invisible management resulting in untrained and/or uncaring staff and quite simply an overall disaster. what a shame because when it was iPic I loved going 3x per month and now one visit has cured me of any desire to ever return under current ownership.

saw the Jessica Kirsten Comedy Show there last week. It was great but no lighting. you couldn't see the comedians face. Guys get a spotlight if you are having live performances. Also the sound sucked. Its a good start, keep it up but get proper equipment for live shows.
