This place needs an extreme makeover! So I was able to walk into the theater without having my tickets confirmed....no security at all. The carpet needs to be cleaned. Floors & tables in theater #4 were sticky. Seriously doubt the floors, tables or seats are ever cleaned. My seat was broken as well. Need to dim lights during the movies, while I understand servers need to see where they are going but still. Ordering food was very easy. Open app, pay & wait. This is such a good idea for a dine-in theater, but the execution is awful. We went on Sunday 3/5/23 for a 1245 pm show. We got there about 20 minutes early. There was no person to greet us, just a sign saying to go to the bar (and one of the two bars was roped off as closed). So we went to the second bar to find someone and waited there for a few minutes. There was no way to see what kind of beer was on tap. The cinema is nice enough: it's clean, the seats are comfortable, it seems to be new/well-maintained. I wanted to like it, but they made it tough. We ordered a soda, a couple glasses of wine, some popcorn and some M&M's. Nothing that needed to be prepped for more than 10 seconds. 15 minutes after we order, we get our soda and popcorn. 30 minutes after we order, we get one glass of wine...an hour in, we still haven't gotten the other wine or the M&M's. This place was really bad. Firstly the bathrooms are not looked after. Multiple stalls had no toilet paper (one stall didn't even have a toilet seat) and soap was missing from one dispenser. We arrived early per the theaters suggestion but the theater was not opened until about 10 minutes before the show time-no big deal. Food took a long time to come out and was just not good. Save yourself your money and DON'T Buy Food Here. The cookies were stale & they have the worst mac & cheese in the world that was made from a box & its way to over priced. The water is $5
Movie started 20 minutes late. And 30 minutes late the lights are still on. This is horrible at their prices. I demand a refund or credit. Movie: I wanna dance

Horrible. Theater was filthy. Movie started over thirty minutes late and previews were skipped because of delays without any notice or communication from management. We didn't receive our full order. Had to wait forty minutes into movie to get part of the order. Theater was freezing in the dead of winter. Absolute garbage.

I'm sitting here waiting for my waitress to return with honey bbq sauce for my chicken tenders for 45 minutes now. I was able to stop and ask another waiter. Still nothing!!!
